We only accept two methods of payment.

By card at the door on the day of work for new customers, and for our customers that wish to have a receipt as proof of purchase.

The Other way is via bank transfer. This is usually for our regular maintenance customers.

Everyone gets an email with an invoice attached no matter which payment they use.

Unfortunately we don't accept cash as this can make an impact on the business.

Bad Weather Policy

A) Every customer is important to Twon’s Gardening and bad weather conditions have an impact on the

business. I will try my best to keep every customer happy and visit as quickly as I possible can.

B) If you the customer has been affected by the bad weather conditions and you have to wait double the

usual time you will not be charged any extra even if the maintenance job takes longer after plants, weeds &

lawns grow longer and take longer to clear up.

C) If one day I miss out on your garden and you notice that it has been or still is a really bad day, either

very windy , very wet, or constant drizzle, sleet, snow, ice or any other like floods or Harsh environmental

conditions then ,Or Twon's Gardening redeems unfit to work in the environmental conditions. Please refer to this policy,

D) I will try to contact you through email or message or phone call. However if I do not please refer to this

policy.

E) It Is not wise to cut lawns or work in the bad weather conditions when gardening. This may damage your

lawns and gardens. Also in turn damage my equipment that is needed for future gardening. 

Sometimes borders, weeding, bushes & hedges may be done instead of lawns.

F) Working in bad weather conditions also increases the risk of slips trips & falls and other accidents which

the HSE , (Health & Safety Executive) strongly advise against.

G) If by any chance you are the unfortunate customer that bad weather conditions has affected your garden

maintenance day. I will try to re schedule within the next available day or two. Otherwise it will be left until

your next Scheduled appointment.

H) If the Bad weather continues for days with no break I will be trying to prioritise the customers whose

gardens are most overgrown and in need for the attention required.

No Access Policy

It is understandable that customers have garden gates locked and access points with obstructions in the way of some sort from time to time. Allowances will always be made because you will and do forget about your Gardener attending. Don't be disappointed when your garden maintenance doesn't happen on the available booked slot if no access is granted. An email or message will be sent to say why we could not visit, and the chances are it will be left until the next appointment or we have availability within the next earliest date..

If by chance you  lock your gate or have access blocked more than one occasion for whatever reason you may still be charged the same fee as if maintenance had been done. This is because you the customer have a booked slot on a regular basis which is mentioned to you Via email at the start of your booking. This could have gone to another customer who really needs it. As a customer your  maintenance slot should be important to you and as a business we need to protect our Revenue. Please consider this when booking Twon's Gardening.

Diploma In Organic Gardening

I am an Organic gardener. I do not use chemicals or pesticides to get rid of troubled gardens such as moss, weeds, brambles, insects & wild life. I feel that everything in a garden is there for a reason. Just a quick fix with Chemicals can cause more harm than good.

I have other methods and solutions to fix troublesome lawns, borders, weeds, Insects, and beautiful troublesome wild life.
