Starting in 2026 I am on the 6th year of my journey of being an Organic gardener with the qualification of a diploma in Organic gardening and my knowledge is always growing.
No. Felling trees and cutting them down is for someone who is fully trained in this specialised field with all the licences to hold a chainsaw. My liability insurance does not cover this work.
However if the tree does not have a TPO I can prune some overhanging branches if causing a Hazard to people, Animals and your property. Only up to a certain height.
No we do not. We have got rid of many customers who expect us to clean up after them. We do give the customer chances to clean up the mess before we arrive. This is a health hazard and the customer will be charged for their maintenance slot even though we do not cut their lawns. We now try to avoid gardens that have dog & cat mess on them.
No Unfortunately we don't. We can change over a fence panel or two. However We do know a fantastic local family company that does this kind of work.
Yes, we offer planting services only for flowers, small shrubs, saplings, bulbs and seeds.
Yes, Usually this is the cheapest job starting from £21 depending on the size of the lawn and when the last cut was done.
Yes, we offer a weeding service. I can tell which weeds are very dangerous and which ones are safe to touch.
Yes it is best to visit for a quote to find out exactly what the price it is going to be.
Depends on the severity of the weather, we will cut in the rain, but not on a heavy down pour. Usually this opens up for another opportunity to do something else to benefit your lawn.
No. I have Powered machines that do not need any use of the customers electric.
No .. I do get asked this question a lot. I know of two Highly recommended landscaper companies that their work is brilliant and have had many happy customers. I just make ugly gardens look pretty nice again.
No .. I have never had to add any extra hidden charges that may occur. You can always ask for a written quote with a breakdown. Prices only change when you the customer ask for something outside the written quote.
We will not do it. Unless they pay for the service and they have written confirmation in an email with both your names agreed, and as long as it is within our working at height restrictions and has no TPO or birds nesting.
Yes I do take away the garden waste. This will only happen when the skip is full up to the level or you do not have a waste bin. I also provide you with a (WTN) Waste Transfer Note & an additional charge may apply.
Yes I am. It is a legal requirement for any trades person to carry work on or around your property. Usually you can tell by the PPE being worn. You can always ask to have a look at my certificates that we have to carry by law.
No, I never ask for cash. I like to take payment through a card reader which also gives you a receipt at your door, Just like when you are at the shops.
My card reader is from a company called SumUp. Most of my customers now pay through bank transfer after receiving an invoice to their email.
If you are a new customer we usually ask to pay through a card reader on the day. A regular customer usually pays though bank transfer. When payments are not met services stop it's that simple. We understand certain issues arrive unexpectedly and we accommodate. However constant late payment usually ends your services and opens up a new opportunity for another customer.
