Should you wish to join Twon’s gardening team, please be advised that the role is physically demanding and more challenging than it may initially appear. It requires effective teamwork and strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Candidates must demonstrate dignity and respect in all interactions, with due regard for diversity. A valid UK work permit and National Insurance number are mandatory; applicants must be of good character, with no criminal convictions, and be demonstrably trustworthy.
The starting rate is £13.50 per hour during the first season, comprising 10 hours across two days. This may vary on certain days depending on task completion.
