Twon's Gardening Payment methods

Payment card reader with receipt

 Twon's Gardening never asks for cash as this seems to be the less hassle way forward.

A record of transactions for my accountant, HMRC & my customers.

I use a card reader at the door after the work is completed for the customers that do not do bank transfers. Some of my customers just want that receipt as proof of purchase, Just the way they do when they go to the shops.

Bank transfer

Twon's Gardening will always send out an invoice to your email after the work is completed. The invoice will have all the relevant details on for you the customer to pay through your bank. This is the easiest way to pay as you do not have to be at home whilst work is being carried out. Bank transfers are usually for my regular garden maintenance customers.

Bad weather

Twon's Gardening will always try to get out to the customer and stick to the available slot allocated for that day. However from time to time bad weather sometimes dictates of what work is to be carried out if at all.. Sometimes when it's raining we may use this opportunity to do something else than mow the lawn. This is still part of your regular maintenance program and payments will still be expected. However If the weather is very bad then no work will be done and the chances are that you will be missed out until the next appointment on your schedule. Although we do try our best to visit as soon as possible. 

Locked gate or no access

Twon's Gardening values your custom and will endeavour to try our best to maintain your garden. We also expect you to value your schedule slot by allowing us to gain access to your property to carry out the work agreed. If by any chance we cannot gain access we will still charge even though the work has not been done. We understand that circumstances arise and sometimes we are flexible. We also treat Dog or cat poo on the lawns as no access. We do notify the customer and kindly ask if this can be removed before we arrive. If consistent of no access we will still charge or replace that slot for another customer that is in need of a gardener.

Regular maintenance

Twon's Gardening values your custom and will endeavour to try our best to maintain your garden. We also expect you to value your schedule slot by allowing us to fulfil the season. Cutting short the season , trying to start late or missing dates will end your chances of a new season. Season starts at the  beginning of March to the end of November.

We always mention this to every new customer we take on. We value your custom and we hope that you value your available slot.
